*At the start of each semester, 2-4 new dance steps are introduced each week. By the end of the semester you will have been introduced to all the basic steps for that level of enrolled class and have learned 1-2 choreographed songs. The average first time polynesian dancer is typically in the beginners class for 2-3 semesters before being able to audition for intermediate levels. Instructor will announce intermediate level auditions towards the end of each semester or if dancers shows capability. All Teva Oriata dancers start in beginners class for review.
